口味和环境在大叻都属于一流，椰汁火焰虾，炸鱿鱼片、干炒牛河，酸甜牛肉沙拉每个都属上乘，晚上的大叻很冷，坐在湖边一定要多穿，凉风瑟瑟我们两个穿着短袖的人本来打算多享受一下夜色的，可坐了一会实在扛不住了。餐厅感觉更像是中餐馆，菜单有中文但服务生不会中文，连会英文的都没几个，我们去的比较早，一直到晚上七点并没有太多客人，客人都集中在湖边的座位上，这个消费水准在大叻绝对属于贵族消费，但大叻实在没什么好吃的，鉴于blue water菜品口味上佳，所以贵点也是值得的。

蓝水餐厅就开在春香湖边上，也算是大叻的一个景点了。临水的餐厅，环境真的非常棒。相对的，人也很多，视野好的位置，都被占座了。有露天的座位和室内可供选择。我们四个人，点了4杯饮料，3份点心，一共66万，差不多人均50元。食物就很一般了，华夫饼不怎么脆，配花生酱有点干。油炸占点心一点不好吃。炒面味道还不错。小伙伴饮料的味道不评价，我点的咖啡，算是在大叻喝的比较差的了。可以当作景点玩，但是作为餐厅来说，就不怎么了。价格以国内大城市来说，不算贵，以越南的消费来说，就不便宜了。ps:这家还要收取服务费。
